Today, ever stronger in our pursuit to make mindful eating a second nature, Deep Rooted.Co (DR.Co) is an inventory of all things fresh with over 200+ fruits and vegetables. Preferences differ, but quality unites. This is where we step in. We ensure that not only do we host one of the widest varieties of fruits & veggies, but the traceability of its root-of-origin emboldens our authenticity. With vagueness and doubt on the quality of products we consume, we want to be a one-stop shop where trust is planted, freshness sowed and health is reaped. This is the genesis of a journey, we call ‘soil-to-soul’. Every bloom is a manifest of patience. We don’t rush the plants. We tide with time. We bring together the wisdom of ancient farming & new-age techniques (Greenhouse, Net-house, Open-fields). With a vested in-house agronomy team and strict vigilance, we take into account every plant that grows on our farms. Our labour of love is consistent in quality, contamination-free, grown responsibly and presented with care. Today we’re a family of 5 lakh+ customers, 100+ farmers and an expanse of 200 acres along with a wide sourcing pastures that has built our presence. Yes, with every passing sunrise, we’re growing stronger and we’re rooting deeper to bring you happiness every day.

Avinash, Arvind, Guru & Santosh envisioned a greener, fresher & better tomorrow and they didn’t dream alone. Roots Connect. They united with the aim of developing a scalable model which made traditional farming robust and productive. The aim was to empower small farmers so they could control their yield better. The final piece of the puzzle was to bridge the goodness of the freshest produce who values the need of clean-eating and healthy living. With these associations, the family grew to larger pastures.

Arvind
Arvind grew up as nature’s biggest fan. An outdoor lover with an inherent fondness for treks & travel, the call of new horizons always beckoned him. As a mechanical engineer, he’s never been afraid of getting his hands dirty. Arvind has been involved with marvelous feats such as managing the Dubai Metro project, the design, development and execution of large-scale mobile power and chiller plants during his stint at Altaaqa Global Energy Services. Arvind brings his zeal to the table with both Clover and Deep Rooted.Co as the head of Operations.
Avinash
Avinash, who heads our Sales and Marketing vertical, is an athletic long-distance runner. Built for the hard stride, his appetite for dedication is unending. That explains how he previously managed a portfolio worth $15M as an investment manager at Aavishkaar, while also being a board observer at four start-ups. An Electronics Engineer with an MBA from Manheim, Avinash is an avid traveler and explorer. A bibliophile, no matter where he is, one can always find a book in his hand, feeding his wisdom and knowledge.
Guru
Guru is a sports fanatic, who loves rooting for the underdog. A former goalie and wicket keeper, and our current Supply and Technology head, he is a man of finer details. Professionally an Electronics Engineer and ISB alumni, Guru rose through the ranks during his stint at Myntra. From managing analytics, to eventually managing a $25M+ portfolio as Sales and Planning head, he mastered the inner workings of both B2B and B2C setups. He also happens to be an avid ‘History-Buff’ & ‘Trivia-King’.
Santosh
Santosh is a seasoned ‘Motorhead’ and sportsman who’s driven by adrenaline. He loves thrill rides, long drives, and is always game for some spontaneous adventure. He too has gotten his hands dirty while managing his 120 acres of Coffee Plantation at Chikmaglur. With an MBA from Cardiff Business School, he was involved in heading Finance and Administration for the brand in its nascent stage. Santosh currently is running his family’s Heat Exchangers business. Despite not being a full-time member of the team, Santosh will always be an integral part of this venture’s roots.
